Following the success of our launch event in November, Surrey Networked Women is delighted to announce the first theme of our 2026 programme: “Overwhelm.” This three-month series has been designed to support busy businesswomen as they navigate the moments when demands outpace capacity — and to equip you with practical tools to regain focus, balance, and confidence.

Feeling overwhelmed is not a personal failing; it’s a signal that something needs recalibrating. Across three months, we’ll welcome expert speakers who will share practical strategies to help you manage overwhelm, set healthy boundaries, and thrive both personally and professionally. To ensure the programme is accessible to women across Surrey, sessions will be delivered through a mix of in-person and online events. Each session builds on the last, creating a holistic journey that offers actionable tools and encourages meaningful connection with like-minded women.

A small participation fee supports our hosts, The Matrix Trust, in providing refreshments. Any surplus is reinvested into delivering ongoing support and impactful programmes for women in business across Surrey.

Your fee also includes a light lunch and refreshments during the networking.
