Following the success of our launch event in November, Surrey Networked Women is delighted to announce the first theme of our 2026 programme: “Overwhelm.”

Our guest speaker this month is Elizabeth Batalla, a seasoned leadership expert with over 30 years of experience advising global corporations and coaching professionals across cultures. Renowned for her work in advancing women in the workplace, she partners with top-tier organisations and academic bodies to create inclusive, high-performing environments. As the founder of The Institute for Achievement and Excellence, Elizabeth champions women’s leadership through mentorship, education, and advocacy. Her signature framework, ‘The Three Forces in Achieving Excellence,’ underpins her acclaimed book ‘Level Up to Move Up’ and reflects her commitment to helping women amplify their impact in business.

This three-month series has been designed to support busy businesswomen as they navigate the moments when demands outpace capacity — and to equip you with practical tools to regain focus, balance, and confidence.
