Surrey Business School would like to introduce the Help to Grow: Management programme, a government-backed leadership development programme designed to support SME leaders in achieving sustainable business growth.

The Help to Grow: Management Course spans 12 modules, delivered in 50 hours across 12 weeks. The modules are split into four sections, with each module covering both practical frameworks and small business case studies to help you and your business grow.

The programme covers key areas including Growth & Innovation, Customer Engagement, Building a sustainable and agile business, and operational and financial strategies.

Designed for senior leaders and decision-makers in UK small and medium-sized enterprises who want greater clarity, stronger strategy and sustainable growth.

Eligibility

• UK small or medium-sized business, 5-249 employees
• Trading for 1 year or more
• Senior decision-maker with direct reports (e.g. Director, Head of Department, Senior Manager)
