Currently, as Director of Know and Do Limited, he has supported hundreds of SMEs, charities, and senior leaders through tailored coaching, consultancy, and training. Andrew’s expertise covers the psychology of business growth, sales, marketing, leadership development, and strategy with a strong focus on turning theoretical insights into practical results.
He previously ran an applied academic research unit for over a decade working on motivation, habits and behaviour change and delivering large projects that made a demonstrable impact on changing people’s lives. Andrew is passionate about helping people and organisations thrive, he brings clarity, encouragement, and challenge to every conversation — whether he’s working one-to-one with a client, leading a workshop, or speaking at events.
