This workshop will delve into the steps you need to consider when looking for and targeting your ideal customer. Taking into account demographic, location, marketing method and client need you will be sure to have all of the relevant tools you need to start building a profiling you ideal customer base.

  • Define the characteristics of your ideal customer, including demographic, geographic, and psychographic traits.
  • Identify customer needs and behaviours to align your products or services with what your audience values most.
  • Develop a customer profile (persona) that informs your marketing strategy, messaging, and customer acquisition efforts.

Her biggest career claim to fame is modernising Snap, Crackle & Pop in a Rice Krispies redesign and getting them into jeans! She has lots of experience running her own business and she has built a successful practice.
