As Surrey County Councilโs lead in the Economy & Growth team for Economic Infrastructure, Innovation and Business, Kazadi has led the strategic review into business support across the whole of Surrey, leading to the development of the Surrey Growth Hub.
He also coordinates the Councilโs economic responses to major infrastructure developments, such as the expansions of Heathrow and Gatwick airports.
