This half-day course is designed to provide UK exporters and importers with a thorough understanding of customs procedures and the necessary documentation required for international trade. Participants will learn about the customs process, essential documentation and compliance requirements.

  • Overview of key documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
  • Detailed walkthrough of each documentโ€™s purpose and content.
  • How to accurately complete and submit documentation.
  • Electronic documentation and the role of the Customs Declaration Service (CDS).
