Net…Walking

RH Networking host a novel way to network with more Net Walking with Fit with Frank. 

Come and join us for an hour of walking and talking. Led by Fit with Frank (aka Frank Sinclair).

This time we are meeting at Mercers Lake. Join us for a nice walk and to meet local business owners.

Just bring some comfortable shoes (trainers are best) and a bottle of water.  Suitable shoes and coat based on the weather.

You’ll be amazed on how far you might walk in an hour.
