Introduction

The Rural England Prosperity Fund 2025/26 is open to farmers and landowners operating in the districts of Tandridge, Guildford and Waverley.

Capital grants of up to £120,000 are available for a small number of large-scale and high-impact farm diversification capital projects which will maximise impact, unlock rural economic value and develop farming resilience.

Applications to the 2025/6 round must be submitted by 12pm on June 30, 2025.

All applicants will be informed of the outcome of their bid by the end of August 2025.

Making an application

Due to government restrictions, the Rural England Prosperity Fund is only open to farmers operating in the districts of Tandridge, Guildford and Waverley.

This is a competitive bidding process via a single stage online application – so please provide as much detail as you can on the form below.

We will ask you about what you would like to do with the funding, why you are applying and the outcomes the project will deliver.

Grants of up to £120,000 are available for capital projects only. Match funding is encouraged though not mandatory.

Applications will be reviewed by an independent panel, including private sector representatives.
