At this exclusive gathering, we will:

โ–ช Discuss key topics impacting business leadership today
โ–ช Exchange valuable insights with industry peers
โ–ช Build strong professional connections in a relaxed setting

Whether you’re a seasoned leader or new to the world of directorship, this event promises to provide actionable insights to take back to your business.

Each breakfast will have a different theme and a different member in the spotlight. No powerpoint. Instead an inspiring 10 minute short talk.

This quarter’s breakfast theme is “unlocking your professional and business potential โ€“ how professional mentoring is the difference that makes all the difference.โ€ .

Our IoD member speaker in the spotlight will be Kerrie Dorman, Founder and Chief Ambassador of The Association of Business Mentors.

Kerrie will generously share with us the story of her entrepreneurial journey. She will reveal how what she discovered to boost her own development and business has since became an enterprise, that now not only supports 1000โ€™s more entrepreneurs and business leaders but also raises the quality and success of the mentoring and coaching profession. Kerrie will share her perspective on how to thrive as a business leader.

Who is Kerrie Dorman?

I started off as a serial entrepreneur. Won some, lost some! I found mentoring on an initiative in 2006 post a successful business sale however, I had no support or guidance. I founded the Association of Business Mentors in 2011 to provide mentoring skills and training for those seeking to mentor ethically and effectively as well as provide reassurance to business owners that they are in the safe hands of a trusted and experienced ABM professional business mentor. I am still mentoring although my focus is now within the workplace, working closely with HR departments to run mentoring programmes to support the growth, development and wellbeing of their employees and in turn the organisation.
