Making Communication Childs’ Play
Communication within an organisation can be tricky when trying to coordinate a number of different priorities and personalities.  Often we focus on what we want to say and pay less attention to how it is received – then get surprised when our teams don’t respond the way we think they should.  In this talk, I am going to be breaking down the different types of response we can give and explain how to recognise them quickly enough to make any conversation more productive.

Bio
Lee has a depth of experience and knowledge in financial services technology in COO / Chief of Staff roles across a career that spans over 20 years.  She is a blend of risk-taking, change-making creativity, with the security, safety and logic of a COO who can implement change and growth without any dramas.
Lee’s own experience in senior leadership teams has allowed her a unique insight into leading teams and leading managers of teams and she has translated this into a people dynamic consultancy offer, SLAMdynamics, for her clients, ranging from large corporates to entrepreneurial startups.   After working at group level to embed an agreed upon strategy, Lee works with individual team members to help them feel comfortable embedding these strategies into their operations and thought processes, understanding how to help them overcome any resistance or concerns that may reduce their effectiveness.   Lee has helped teams work together more effectively by seeing each person’s unique contribution to the deliverables and making the most of them, creating not only great results but engaged and motivated people.
