With a background in HR, operations and advanced manufacturing, Josh has experience in workforce planning, organisational design and development, recruitment and process improvement. As a former member of the SLT within a rapidly scaling manufacturer, Josh brings a practical understanding of the people, skills and organisational challenges that can accompany change.
