Sarah Randall is Operations Manager in the Economy and Growth, at Surrey County Council, having previously served as Economy Lead for Skills and Employment.
With over 20 years of experience in local and regional government spanning employment and skills, business support, corporate strategy, and economic growth, Sarah began her career advising large, global corporations on emerging markets, before moving to strategic partnership and programme design and implementations roles in local government.
Sarah has also held a range of non-executive positions including for a housing society and an awarding body. She currently oversees Surrey’s Growth Hub and Careers Hub programmes, aiming to maximise the impact and value of both services.
