Tracey is Surrey Careers Hubโs Enterprise Coordinator for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) working across the county to provide opportunities for young people with additional needs.
Having previously been a Careers Leader, Tracey loves bringing together stakeholders to improve outcomes for the young people who often get left behind, helping to create a community of inclusion.
