Surrey Greener Futures Grant Programme: A3 EV Grant Funding Programme

The grant offers £5,000 for a small and £10,000 for a large new fully electric light commercial vehicle for businesses and charities to switch their diesel van.

Surrey Greener Futures Grant Programme: Rural England Prosperity Fund Grant

Businesses and charities in the rural areas of Waverley, and businesses, charities and community groups in the rural areas of Guildford and Tandridge can apply for a Rural England Prosperity Fund (REPF) grant. The minimum grant is £2,500 and the maximum grant is £50,000. Grants are up to 50% of the project costs. The programme is financed by Defra as part of the levelling up agenda via the district and borough councils.

Surrey Greener Futures Grant Programme: Surrey Hills Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL) grants

This provides grants to farmers and land managers in the Surrey Hills for one-off projects to make improvements to the natural environment, climate change mitigation, cultural heritage and public access on their land.

Surrey Greener Futures Grant Programme: Business Carbonisation and Green Economy Development Loan

Following the success of the LoCASE programme, the team are working on future opportunities to support SMEs and charities to decarbonise including a potential loan programme. Further details will follow in early 2024.
