Mole Valley Employment and Skills Hub

The Mole Valley Employment and Skills Hub (MV Hub) is a free independent service, designed to assist local businesses with their recruitment needs.  It is open to any business based in Mole Valley.

It is run by a small and friendly team of experienced and professional employment and skills advisers from Surrey Lifelong Learning Partnership. Between them they have decades of experience in training, recruitment and employment.

Theย MV Hub holds regular Job Fairs at its base in the Swan Centre in Leatherhead. Larger events are held in Dorking twice a year, in partnership with the Mole Valley For Business team. The Job Fairs allow businesses to connect with active jobseekers face-to-face and speak, meet and interview all in the same day.

The MV Hub helps employers to:

  • Source, secure and upskill potential candidates who are looking for sustainable employment.
  • Resource candidates for open vacancies and carry out full screening
  • Help develop and identify relevant training opportunities for existing employees, adding value to your business
  • Assist with apprenticeships, traineeships, work trials, as well as individual job vacancies
  • Provide a dedicated workshop space for team building, networking, briefings and training
